Invite Gymnasts - Summer Training Dates

All gymnasts will be invoiced for  the number of sessions they are expected to attend over the summer.

* Development - 4 sessions

* Advance- 4 sessions

* Squad - 6 sessions

Please email office@northwoodgymnastics.co.uk to let us know your chosen sessions.

You are welcome to turn up to extra sessions and we will be able to invoice if you do choose to attend more .

Sessions will run at the Northwood School Venue

You can attend any of these dates at the appropriate level for your gymnast.

Prices

£18.50 per session

Gymnasts who train term time - two sessions per week - a 5% discount will apply

Gymnasts who train term time - three sessions per week - a 10% discount will apply

Make up Sessions Terms and Conditions

* Make up sessions were added as goodwill - after last years summer training

Now that all invite know the expectations for summer training - we no longer carry over make up sessions.

- All invite gymnasts have been emailed the expectations and it is their choice to commit to and attend an invite class.

Other clubs do not offer make up sessions if you cannot attend a session

Only exemption is injury - and a Drs note  must be sent to office@northwoodgymnastics.co.uk

* Only existing  make up sessions can be used this summer - existing  are:

- Make up sessions which have previously been emailed to us on the week that the gymnast could not attend

- Make up sessions from last years summer 2023 training.

* Please note - if you have not emailed us to claim a makeup session during the term - you cannot use past sessions missed as make up sessions.

* Please note. - as another goodwill gesture - if you cannot make the 3.15pm training time - you can use the paid session or existing make up sessions  on your account only - for half a day holiday club.

PLEASE NOTE: Not attending  training over the summer - may mean that the invite group level is not right for the gymnast.

At Northwood it is important that each gymnasts is training at a level which is best for them.

Coaches are always assessing gymnasts, and we will move/invite gymnasts to the group which is best for their level.
