Booking Information

The holiday club is for children aged 4-16 only. If you book and you are not aged 4 - 16 you will be refunded for the days you have booked. If you book and you turn up on the day, we do not refund if you are the wrong age. 

Please note that your child's place is only secure if you have completed the process and made a payment. If payment is not received your child will not be booked in.

Please keep your confirmation email and go-cardless email as confirmation of payment (This will show as PayHere ltd), you may be asked to show this on the day.

By completing this form online you are giving consent for your child to take part in gymnastic activities and emergency first aid being administered if needed.

- That we have a policy for sickness and stomach viruses. Please allow 48 hours following any contagious illnesses before sending your child to Holiday club.

- If you cannot attend

- if you give notice more than 48 hours before your session -  for the session you cannot attend -  a credit will be applied to your account for future holiday clubs  or your session can be refunded.

* all refunds have a 3% transaction fee

- if you give notice less than 48 hours of your session - you will offered to carry over your holiday club to another date - no refunds or credits will be given.

Information for when you are at Holiday Camp

• That all children must be able to go to toilet by themselves. If a child is unable to go to toilet by themselves, we will call you to collect them. We will not refund that you're booking.

• Please ensure all jewellery is taken off before the session.

• Please remember to provide your child with a light snack, lunch and drink.

• PLEASE CUT UP GRAPES and similar foods eg cocktail sausages

• NO NUTS -Please do not give your child any food with NUTS in. As we may have children with NUT ALLERGIES.

• Please wear comfortable suitable clothing - such as leggings or shorts and a t-shirt.
• Children 7 years and under, please also bring a change of clothes

• MEDICATION: If your child needs medication during holiday club. Please ensure that this is clearly labelled with their name. Please speak to a member of staff as you will be required to fill in a form.

• WEATHER : If the weather is sunny please apply sun cream before you arrive and provide a hat as we sometimes have lunch outside. 

• CONTACT: If you arrive late or during holiday club, the door will be locked for safety. Please phone  07802 344856
