We appreciate your continued support of Northwood Gymnastics over the last term and hope your child continues to enjoy gymnastics with us.

In your enrolment email - There will be a link to login to your account to make payment.

It is important that you login and update any contact numbers or medical information.

You can also make payment at the club via card until SATURDAY 20th July 2024

CHANGING CLASSES

As a club, during enrolment, if ready, we will do our best to move your child up to the next age grouped class depending on the number of spaces we have.  This is done based on your child's DOB.  If you have received a payment request and the class needs to be changed, please email office@northwoodgymnastics.co.uk.

PLEASE - DO NOT ASK THE CLUB or THE DESK FOR CLASS CHANGES DURING ENROLMENT AT THE CLUB.

THIS REQUEST WILL NEED TO BE EMAILED TO US.

We will either make the change you request via email or place you on our current member's waiting list.
Being on a waiting list doesn't guarantee you a space but it allows us to give out the spaces based on a first come first served basis.

We suggest making payment for the class option that has been given. After the deadline date we will be in contact if your child's class has been changed due to a space becoming available.

PRE-AUTHORISED PAYMENTS
If you do NOT have pre-authorised payments you will need to login to your account to make payment.

Please note that if you  DO have set up pre-authorised payments, then the payment will come out of your account automatically.

You will know that you have pre-authorised payments,  as after the payment is sent out - you will receive a payment confirmation email from Paypal or London and Zurich. If you do not receive the payment confirmation email you WILL need to login into your account to make payment. Thank you.

Please note if you, decide not to join and payment was taken, if you inform us AFTER the payment request goes out, there is a 3% transaction fee and a £5.00 admin fee deducted from your refund.
 

London and Zurich requires you to set up a direct debit. However it is only a one-off payment.

SPACES WILL NOT BE HELD AFTER THIS DATE WITHOUT PAYMENT - PAYMENT DEADLINE 20th July 2024 

Please note after this deadline, if you have not made a payment to secure your space, your payment request will be deleted and your space offered to current members who would like to change class or to a member on the waiting list.

There will be a £5.00 admin to resend your payment request and this is subject to spaces.

IF LOGGING IN FOR FIRST TIME
(If you are logging in for the first time, please click "First time logging in?" this will allow you to create a password and send you an activation email which you must click to activate your account.)

Your username is  your email account

Please note that if you have pre-authorised payment set up and you have NOT notified us to cancel your payment and space - there will be a £5.00 admin fee for all refunds with a 3% transaction fee as per our terms and conditions.

LONDON and ZURICH. will appear on your bank account when the fee has cleared. It is your responsibility to check the fee has cleared in your account.

PAY AT THE CLUB

You are also welcome to pay at the club BEFORE the end this term, which is upto the Saturday 20th July 2024

To make a CARD PAYMENT at the club - please speak to the desk when you check in before the deadline.
