You have paid for classes up until 20th July 2024

Please note if you inform us AFTER the payment request go out, there is a 3% transaction fee and a £5.00 admin fee deducted from your refund. 

We appreciate your continued support of Northwood Gymnastics over the last term and hope Iman continues to enjoy gymnastics with us.

In your enrolment email - There will be a link to login to your account to make payment.

It is important that you login and update any contact numbers or medical information.

You can also make payment at the club via card

PRE-AUTHORISED PAYMENTS

Please note that if you have set up pre-authorised payments, then the payment will come out of your account automatically.
It is your responsibility to cancel this before we re-enrol if you choose not to continue. Please cancel via your bank or send an email and we can cancel this for you.

CHANGING CLASSES

As a club, during enrolment, if ready, we will move your child up to the next age grouped class depending on the number of spaces we have. This is done based on your child's  DOB. 

If you have received a payment request and the class needs to be changed, please email office@northwoodgymnastics.co.uk.

PLEASE - DO NOT ASK FOR CLASS CHANGES DURING ENROLMENT AT THE CLUB.
THIS REQUEST WILL NEED TO BE EMAILED TO US.
We will either make the change you request via email or place you on our current member's waiting list.
Being on a waiting list doesn't guarantee you a space but it allows us to give out the spaces based on a first come first served basis.

We suggest making payment for the class option that has been given. After the deadline date we will be in contact if Iman's class has been changed due to a space becoming available.

PRE-AUTHORISED PAYMENTS

You will know that you have pre-authorised payments, as after the payment is sent out - you will receive a payment confirmation email from Paypal or London and Zurich. If you do not receive the payment confirmation email you WILL need to login into your account to make payment. Thank you.

London and Zurich requires you to set up a direct debit. However it is only a one-off payment.
